Padel Gear strives to fulfil orders as soon as possible. All items are dispatched within 1 working day of placing your order. Once an order is dispatched it may take between 1 - 3 working days for delivery. Orders will be dispatched on the same day of ordering, if the order is received before 11 am. There might be some delivery delays around Public Holidays and Black Friday.
Orders over R750 are free, shipping for orders under R750 will be charged at R80 per shipment. Deliveries made to extremely remote areas may incur an extra delivery charge.

Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. We will gladly exchange an item for another item of the same or greater value at no charge. If you wish to return an item and receive a refund, then we can arrange collection from your address for a R150 return fee or you are welcome to send the item back to us through your own service providers. Rackets, Balls, and Grips are non returnable items. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or refunds.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To make a return or to log an exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send the item/s back to Unit A4, Yard Offices, Val de Vie, Paarl, 7646. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, however we will cover the costs if there is an exchange of goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and signed by us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once your returned item has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund has been approved, it will then will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This is done through our 3rd party payment system and can take up to 5 working days.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or refunds. Several types of goods are also exempt from receiving a refund or exchange, unless they have a manufacturing default. These are:
